Website and hosting
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, technical request data such as your IP address, time, requested address, browser information and response status are processed to deliver the website and protect its operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website. According to STRATO, visitor IP addresses are retained for detecting and preventing attacks for a maximum of seven days. See STRATO's information on hosting data.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website does not set cookies or use browser storage, analytics, advertising trackers or externally loaded fonts. Images, fonts and scripts are served from this website. No AI system processes your visit or form entries.
Contact and enquiry form
The security enquiry form creates a text in your browser. Nothing is submitted to our server. Only clicking “Open email draft” passes the text to your own email app; you decide whether to send it. Copying the text uses your clipboard on request. Please do not enter passwords or confidential customer data.
If you email us, we process your contact details and message to respond or prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email service uses STRATO. Messages are deleted when the enquiry and any related work are complete and no legal retention duties or legitimate need to preserve evidence apply.
Scheduling and external links
The booking link opens a Google Calendar page only when you click it. No Google resources are loaded beforehand. Google processes the data you enter under its own privacy notice; processing outside the EU cannot be ruled out. We use the appointment details to prepare and conduct the requested call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may email us instead. Appointment data are deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention duties. Your rights
Where the legal conditions apply, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact us at the email address above. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Lower Saxony Commissioner for Data Protection.

The WhatsApp link opens an external service only when you click it. WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes contact and usage data under its own privacy policy; processing outside the EU is possible. We use messages to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the purpose). You may use email or telephone instead.
